Our MVP Athletic Boot Camp will teach techniques for improved athletic performance through proper body conditioning designed specifically to meet the needs of your favorite sport. MVP Athletic Boot Camp is not intended to improve one’s skill level, but more to provide an instructional and interactive training process that teaches proper body conditioning to allow for optimal athletic performance. The benefits to this type of training are enormous, and allow the athlete to profit through increased strength and body conditioning, as well as decreased potential for injury. MVP trainers utilize training methods such as Strength and Cardiovascular Training, Plyometrics, Interval and Circuit Training, Speed and Quickness drills.
