MVP Fitness is owned and operated by Lyle Johnson. Lyle holds a Personal Training Certification from Cooper Institute and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grambling State University. He is also the author of Get Fit 4 Christ. He is also the host of The Get Fit 4 Christ radio show that airs on KSTL – 690 AM on Thursday’s at 12:45 pm.

Personal training packages provide you with an initial consultation to review your health history. initial assessments include body fat, circumference measurements and physical fitness testing. Your program will be developed based on your individual information.
