Saturday 7-7:30am & 7:30-8am – St. Peters Studio
Saturday 9-9:30am & 9:30-10am – North County Studio
All Kettlebell Class are 30 minutes in duration. Please Bring a Towel, 15-25 pound Kettlebell, Water and LOTS OF ENERGY!
